I will keep this brief. Do not split 10-valued cards if you want to win more in the long run. If you split your 10′s you may still win, but you will win less.
Common Loser Mistakes:
- Splitting 10′s. So many ploppies do this and it just gets evil looks from the dealer, the players, everyone.
Did You Know..?
- In certain rare instances of Advanced Strategy, it is mathematically correct to split 10′s. However, it is truly for the expert Advantage Player – which you want to become eventually – but for now you should follow the rule of never splitting tens while you perfect Basic Strategy.
